          "text": "<p><strong>We are looking for a Mechatronic Specialist to join our Rexel team located in Tampa, FL!</strong></p><p>Are you experienced with motion systems, robotics, and hands-on integration? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and bringing automation projects from concept to commissioning? If so, read on and come and join our team!</p><p>Rexel Automation delivers motion and robotic solutions across Florida, partnering with leading OEMs to design, specify, and support practical automation systems for markets from packaging to space and entertainment.</p><p>As a Mechatronic Specialist, you will work in the field and lab to expand our motion and robotics offerings across Florida. You’ll serve as the technical resource for integrators and end users, collaborating with OEM partners and sales to design, demo, and support systems. You’ll work with leading brands such as Rockwell (including the OTTO AMR launch), Doosan Robotics, and top gearbox and complementary product lines as we grow into new verticals. From supporting our manufacturing partners to developing our territory this is a fun and fast paced role. &#xa0;So, if you're ready to help expand our motion and robotics footprint in the region, we want to hear from you.</p><p>A successful candidate will have a background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, robotics, or equivalent hands-on experience. Familiarity with AMRs, collaborative robots (cobots), and common end-effectors. Strong practical knowledge of servo drives and motion control; MV/LV drives experience is a plus. We are also seeking a self-starter with a practical, problem-solving mindset and ability to work across OEMs, sales, and service teams.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Meet or exceed sales goals of assigned technology offer</li><li>Develop sales strategies, promotions, programs, and plans for sales growth</li><li>Develop annual performance goals, objectives, and sales action plans</li><li>Prepare periodic sales funnel, weekly sales reports, etc.</li><li>Provide technical support for internal and external customers via on-site visit, phone, and email. This could include, but is not limited to troubleshooting products, finding technical documentation and specifications, product selection and, other requested activities</li><li>Establish relationships with sales and customers to better understand sales potential</li><li>Ascertain customer needs by customer visits, phone, and other means of research (internet, etc.)</li><li>Work with sales to establish joint strategies and activities</li><li>Provide expert knowledge to Inside Sales to facilitate quoting, order entry, and order expediting</li><li>Create and present technical and commercial training for internal and external customers</li><li>Describe or demonstrate product to customers</li><li>Follow up on all business leads assigned by management, marketing, technical department, or supplier partners</li><li>Acquire, use, and continuously develop personal technical knowledge</li><li>Provide oral and/or written quotations, proposals or estimates of prices, scope of work, terms, and delivery</li><li>Work with prospective customers to move projects through the sales cycle to conclusion</li><li>Properly prepare for sales calls, customers events, etc.</li><li>Work with Purchasing on proper inventory of high-tech products and identify any potential obsolesce problems</li><li>Actively participate in appropriate industry groups</li><li>Mentor, train, and coach other Automation specialists.
