FSRs are the primary customer-facing representatives of the Champion brand—driving sales results, building strong customer relationships, and representing our commitment to quality and service. This role requires self-motivation, professionalism, and a consistent drive for excellence in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Responsibilities • Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and sales opportunities in addition to those provided by the company. • Conduct in-home sales appointments by building trust and educating customers on Champion products and services.• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home improvement solutions.• Effectively evaluate, measure, and specify project details and options.• Build and present detailed proposals using a consultative, solution-based approach.• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining integrity and alignment with Champion’s sales standards.• Accurately complete and submit project documentation, contracts, and payment information in a timely manner.• Attend daily sales and training meetings to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.• Support customer interactions at the Champion showroom and participate in local home and garden shows as assigned.• Maintain a professional appearance, positive demeanor, and customer-first attitude at all times. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.• Ability to pass a drug screen, credit check, and criminal background check.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up abilities.• Basic computer proficiency and solid telephone etiquette.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and comfortably perform in-home demonstrations.• Basic math skills, including accurate measurement using a tape measure.• Prior in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience preferred.• Positive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
