    "jobDescription": "<p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Job Posting End Date</b></p>06-15-2026<p style=\"text-align:left\">Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Job Summary </b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>Under some supervision, performs work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Job Description</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><br /><b>What will you do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate work activities of others within work group, team or those external to the company including contractors, vendors as required to resolve routine technical tasks and field work activities.</p></li><li><p>Perform varied assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solve problems or analysis.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the planning and organization of outage/project work activities.</p></li><li><p>Make decisions and contribute to team decision making and consensus building.</p></li><li><p>Monitor labor relation activities; develop and maintain rapport to assure cooperation and productive working relationships with contractors.</p></li><li><p>Work with others in both supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and guidance to lower-level employees as appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Pursue effective ways to protect and enhance the environment while providing reliable electricity at a competitive cost.</p></li><li><p>Must be available to work overtime, call out overtime and shift work, as required. Travel requirements are expected &gt; 50 % of the time Physical demand level is Sedentary</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</p></li><li><p>Listen and identify customer needs/wants.</p></li><li><p>Effectively communicate with team, management, customers, contractors, vendors and regulatory agencies.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of AEP&#39;s general terms and conditions and the experience and ability to correctly interpret and administer contracts.
