At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Club K After School Zone</span>, we strive to make a positive difference in our students’ lives every single day.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our organization is seeking an <em>energetic</em>, and <em>dedicated</em> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teacher/Program Leader</span> to help us lead program activities and provide an enriching after-school experience for our K-5th grade students. As a Club K Program Leader, you will organize and lead daily activities that are both educational and exciting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule -</span> Part-time position, Monday-Friday afternoons, average 12-20 hours per week.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location - </span>This position would work in one of our school programs at a public school in Tigard-Tualatin, West Linn-Wilsonville, or Beaverton School District.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation - </span>Starting hourly pay rate of $17.75+ DOE and level of education (increased hourly pay is available for highly qualified teacher applicants)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><em>Teachers must have </em><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ONE </span></em><em>of the following -</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience teaching school age children (K-5th)</li>\n<li>Experience working or volunteering in a licensed childcare facility with ages 5-12</li>\n<li>Completed Oregon DELC school age teacher-qualifying certification(s) + trainings</li>\n<li>Any degree in the education field or 2 years of college-level courses</li>\n<li>An equivalent combination of childcare job experience and education</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications needed before start date:</span></p>\n<p><em>Club K will provide guidance on where and how to meet the following requirements:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPR &amp; First Aid Certification</li>\n<li>Food Handler’s Certification</li>\n<li>Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry (CBR)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Club K Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Club K knows that relationships are important.
