Even if you feel like you don’t meet all criteria, please give it a shot, and still apply.  </em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vacancy type:</span><span> </span>This posting is for an existing vacancy.</span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Position:</span></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Team Leader, the Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficient and accurate movement of materials in and outside of plants.</li>\n<li>Rig, hoist and move materials to and from Walters yards.</li>\n<li>Assists in the movement of material in the plant/property by use of primarily heavy tow motor, crane, forklift, etc.</li>\n<li>Ensures safe work practices are adhered to.</li>\n<li>Load planning and building. </li>\n<li>Loads and unloads trailers, as required, to Walters Standards.</li>\n<li>Ensures all tools and equipment are operated with care.</li>\n<li>Accurately fills out all required paperwork and ensures records remain up to date.</li>\n<li>Performs housekeeping tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Location:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Princeton, ON.</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working condition is primarily outdoors.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience operating large tow motors, all terrain forklifts, and overhead cranes.</li>\n<li>Previous experience organizing shipping documents.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Able to work independently.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation Package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wage: $22.00-$29.00/Hour</li>\n<li>Vacation.</li>\n<li>Paid sick and Bereavement leaves.</li>\n<li>Flexible extended health and dental care packages.</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n<li>RRSP Matching.</li>\n<li>Profit Sharing.</li>\n<li>Employee Family Scholarship Program.</li>\n<li>Tuition support (Apprentice, Continued Education)</li>\n<li>Values in Action (ViA)- participating in charity events coordinated by employees.
