Approval may be rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of management.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nEssential Job Responsibilities:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tWork scheduled hours and be flexible to meet client and program needs, as assigned by Program Manager or Director. \\r\\n\\tResponsible to provide independent program coverage when scheduled.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tAssure compliance with all agencies, state and federal regulations while providing services and completing assignments.&nbsp; Review and follow updated policies and procedures. \\r\\n\\tFacilitate communications and coordination of services with other AID staff and professionals in the community utilizing phone communication and email.\\r\\n\\tMaintain professionalism and good boundaries when working with clients, coworkers and outside agencies.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tMeet minimum service hour provision productivity standards (MRO) monthly.\\r\\n\\tComplete all required case management documentation (IM+CANS, consents, residential/agency paperwork) on a timely basis.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tComplete and sign all MRO Documentation within 48 hours using Cx360\\r\\n\\tMeet with all assigned clients on regular basis depending on program and client needs; submit daily activity logs.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tDevelop, review and revise the IM+CANS and complete corrections within the timeframe allotted.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tAssist clients with activities of daily living, including apartment maintenance, and provide client training consistent with the treatment goals.\\r\\n\\tProvide guidance to MHP and RSA staff regarding implementation of IM+CANS goals/objectives.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tObtain Input from clients, families, guardians and other staff on how to improve residential services.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tMonitor and report safety of clients&rsquo; living arrangement\\r\\n\\tAcquire and maintain required trainings and certifications as well as any other trainings assigned by Manager.\\r\\n\\tAssist clients in paying bills, budgeting and banking per program procedure.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tOversight or management of client funds when necessary (dual signature accounts, AID rep. Payees).\\r\\n\\tObtain and maintain client benefits (Social Security, Medicaid, Link Card, Etc).\\r\\n\\tAssure client records are properly maintained per agency procedures. \\r\\n\\tComplete authorizations, reauthorizations and spend-down paperwork in a timely fashion.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tUpdate Cx360 with corrections whenever necessary, but at least annually to ensure accuracy of records.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tProvide effective services for clients&rsquo; individual needs and in line with client rights and the Mental Health Recovery Model.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tAttend monthly clinical supervisions per DHS requirement\\r\\n\\tAttend monthly team meetings and be a positive contributor.\\r\\n\\tRecognize emergency situations and take appropriate action.&nbsp; Contact Manager and Director per procedure.&nbsp; Complete necessary paperwork correctly (incident reports, petitions, encounters).&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tPromote a relationship between clients&rsquo; families and additional supports.\\r\\n\\tProvide transportation to clients in personal or agency vehicles when necessary for work, shopping, appointments, etc.&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tAssure the coordination of services in the community to meet client needs (ie.
