This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of press brake equipment in a just-in-time fabrication shop. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;The ideal candidate will know how to read blueprints and will have previous experience operating press brake equipment or working with CNC equipment. &nbsp; However, we will train the right candidate.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Safety:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate press brake machine with safety devices &amp; guards</li><li>Minimize pinch points to maximize safety</li><li>Ensure safe workplace and follow all safety rules</li><li>Wear all required personal protective equipment</li><li>Report all accidents &amp; any safety issues to Supervisor or Safety Manager</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Quality:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all SOP&rsquo;s and quality standards</li><li>Manufacture parts per Router / work instruction requirements</li><li>Inspect parts, secure 2<sup>nd</sup> verification, verify dimensions, etc., per work order</li><li>Detect &amp; report defective parts to Supervisor / Lead</li><li>Report all required information &amp; report router discrepancies</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Training:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with Supervisor, Lead, mentor to learn Pulverman processes &amp; procedures</li><li>Learn setup and programming of press brake machine</li><li>Participate in relevant training activities</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Productivity:</strong></p><ul><li>Report productivity (setup &amp; run) accurately</li><li>Report good material &amp; scrap accurately</li><li>Work with Supervision to implement productivity improvements (daily)</li><li>Work with Supervision to implement setup reduction strategies</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Equipment:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate the press break machine</li><li>Bend and form metal using standard and custom punches&nbsp;</li><li>Setup, program and adjust press brake as required</li><li>Report all maintenance issues and work to resolve</li><li>Conduct required Operator preventative maintenance</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Communication:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide feedback to Management team for ideas &amp;
