Hunt entered the oil and gas business in El Dorado, Arkansas, and later played an active role in developing the East Texas Oil Field from the drill test of the Daisy Bradford #3.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Today, Petro-Hunt is a Top 10 Private Liquids Producer in the U.S. with operations in six states. &nbsp;We are more than just an oil and gas company -- Petro-Hunt actively purchases minerals and royalties, owns and operates a gas processing facility, is part owner of an oil refinery, actively invests in real estate development, and operates a private equity alternative investment division.</span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">The Petroleum Land Analyst role is vital to the set-up and maintenance of the Company&rsquo;s ownership records. &nbsp;The candidate should have experience in oil and gas lease, title and division orders.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><u>Job Description</u></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Establish and maintain accurate ownership decks by analyzing various legal documents such as title opinions, assignments, deeds, trusts and estate documents.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to analyze oil and gas leases, title documentation and various contracts with an emphasis in Texas, North Dakota, and Louisiana minerals.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for yearly payments obligations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Brief Leases, Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements, Assignments, Farmouts and Letter Agreements to understand obligations in order to set up in the Land software system.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Work closely with Landman to research suspense accounts and title issues.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Processes ownership transfers based on title documents to maintain a correct division of interest and joint interest billing deck.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responds to division order inquiries to resolve ownership discrepancies.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communicates and corresponds directly with interest owners and works closely with members of other departments.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><u>Job Requirements</u></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">5-7 years of Division Order and/or Lease and Title experience preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
