    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Direct Orthopedic Care (DOC) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join and help expand our non-opioid pain management practice. Our approach focuses on interventional procedures, physical therapy, and lifestyle modification to improve guest function and quality of life.</p><p>This role offers a collaborative, supportive environment with access to in-house imaging (X-ray, ultrasound), physical therapy services, and orthopedic specialists. The APP will work closely with a pain management physician while also enjoying autonomy to develop and grow their own guest panel.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Clinical Duties</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform comprehensive guest evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on non-opioid pain management</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and specialty referrals as appropriate</li><li>Recommend and coordinate interventional procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes</li><li>Perform in-office procedures, including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Peripheral joint injections</li><li>Nerve blocks</li><li>Trigger point injections</li><li>Utilize ultrasound guidance for precision and safety</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Care Coordination</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other team members to optimize guest outcomes</li><li>Educate guests on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and expectations for recovery</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong interest in non-opioid pain management and interventional care</li><li>Strong interest and ability to perform procedures</li><li>Desire to learn both the clinical and business aspects of practice development</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Demonstrate empathy and commitment to guest-centered care</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical environment</li><li>Professional demeanor with guests, families, physicians, and staff</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP or PA in one of the following areas:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Primary Care</li><li>Orthopedics</li><li>Neurology</li><li>Spine</li><li>Pain Management</li></ul></li><li>Current NP or PA board certification</li><li>Active Texas license (or eligibility)</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer skills</li><li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join DOC?</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Practice in a forward-thinking, non-opioid pain management model</li><li>Access to on-site diagnostics and multidisciplinary care</li><li>Opportunity for mentorship and procedural skill development</li><li>Autonomy to build and grow your own practice</li><li>Collaborative, guest-focused environment</li></ul><p><br></p></div>\n",
