It is devoted to not just amazing patient care, but family care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What is PACE?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors&#39; health so they can live safely in their homes.
