    "description_html": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Process Technician</strong> looking to grow with us! You will work within a team to ensure various machines successfully complete key processes and produce high quality parts. You would be primarily working with injection molding machines at our facility in Salt Lake City.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Responsibilities Include:</em></p><ul><li>Follow all safety requirements, policies, and takes action to correct issues when found</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all items related to the molding process and supporting equipment</li><li>General maintenance duties relating to the manufacturing plant</li><li>Support preventative maintenance initiatives and daily repair of auxiliary and molding equipment</li><li>Function effectively in a team environment</li><li>Startup and shutdown of all production equipment and systems</li><li>Utilize scientific molding principals to create and document molding parameters</li><li>Identify and diagnose injection molding defects and make adjustments</li><li>Develop improvements to the molding process and tooling performance</li><li>Assists with mold changes and insert changes per the production schedule</li><li>Work with team members and supporting departments such as process technicians, tooling, production, and supervisors</li><li>Support production and follow all company policies relating to safety, quality, and ISO</li></ul><p><em>We Seek the Following:</em></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>2 years of experience in manufacturing facility maintenance, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment, etc.</li><li>2 years of experience with injection molding</li><li>Knowledge of chilled water system</li><li>Experience with lathes, grinders, micrometers, and calipers and most hand tools and hand power tools</li><li>Electrical knowledge in control circuits</li><li>Forklift Certification (willing to certify)</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul><p>We offer GREAT benefits including:</p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurances - even Pet Insurance!</li><li>401K with generous company match</li><li>Paid Time Off + Company paid Holidays</li><li>Champion of the Month program, Service Awards, Birthday recognition</li><li>Financial wellness planning (Employer paid!)</li></ul><p><br></p>",
