We currently operate in Texas and Broward County, Florida. These clinicians are typically Certified Medical Assistants, Licensed Vocational Nurses or Registered Nurses that are the true definition of a team player. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do!</p><p><br></p><p>The term “Utility Player” is an all-encompassing title that refers to a clinician that is responsible for covering front desk and reception (including insurance verification and patient registration), back office care, triaging, radiology, curbside labs and many other duties that are essential for our clinics to run smoothly. Above all, Utility Players are warm, humble, passionate about healthcare and provide 5-star care to our patients and their families.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Critical Success Factors of a Utility Player</strong></p><ul><li>Operates with a sense of urgency when working and able to handle multiple tasks at once</li><li>Acts as a steward of information that is willing to train new team members</li><li>Accepts daily assignment in the clinic with grace and enthusiasm</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Helps others when needed and takes initiative to do tasks without being asked</li><li>Communicates clearly with the provider on duty and shows professionalism and tact in daily tasks</li><li>Passion for pediatrics and desire to grow</li></ul><p><strong>The Culture and Team</strong></p><p>Alongside the Clinic Management team, our clinicians are supported by the Clinical Operations team. This team works closely with the clinics regarding inventory, continuing education and many other things to help our clinics run at optimal excellence.
