Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality espresso beverages, assisting customers with purchases, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. This individual will also manage back-of-house tasks such as inventory checks, restocking merchandise, and ensuring equipment is clean and operational.</p><p>This role requires someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. The individual is expected to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care. Regular attendance and adherence to the published schedule are essential for success in this position.</p><p><br></p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ol><li>Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service.</li><li>Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Retail Sales: Assist customers with retail purchases, restock merchandise, and maintain organized displays.</li><li>Point of Sale Operations: Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Cleanliness &amp; Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including countertops, equipment, and preparation areas, following food safety regulations.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and communicate inventory needs to management.
