    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Intelligence Management Specialist</strong> to join our team at <strong>Lackland AFB</strong>, supporting <strong>16</strong><strong>th</strong><strong> Air Force (16 AF)</strong>. The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role to support and execute employment of information warfare (IW) capabilities in and through the information environment to deliberately affect adversary human and system behavior to task and to synchronize CYBER, ISR, EW and IO.  This position requires expertise in intelligence management, operational planning, and the ability to integrate IW processes into mission objectives effectively. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide <strong>mission support management</strong> to ensure the effective execution of IW operations and intelligence activities.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, plan and execute IW, influence, and information support activities across the continuum of cooperation, competition and conflict and support the joint force’s ability to compete, deter and win wars across multiple domains.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain proficiency in IW and intelligence tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel required 15% </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required Experience / Ed</strong><strong>ucation: </strong>9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with Phd</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in IW, influence operations, and <strong>mission support management.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with IW TTPs, ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
