We&rsquo;re looking for <strong>reliable, dedicated people</strong> who value <strong>teamwork, safety, and consistency</strong><strong>.&nbsp;</strong>If you want work you can take pride in, a supportive team, and a company that respects the people on the floor, you may find <strong>your home at Flagstone Foods.</strong></p><p><strong>POSITION:</strong><strong>&nbsp;Candy Room/Roasting Line Support II &ndash; 2nd Shift</strong></p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:</strong><strong>&nbsp;Production Supervisor &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Assist with executing production schedules at rated throughput to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions&nbsp;</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate production of products, including setup of equipment/supplies, to maintain processing standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the production area.&nbsp;</li><li>Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain safe working conditions and preserve the integrity of the environmental health and safety system through adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the safety program.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in mandatory training program requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Food manufacturing experience desired.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.&nbsp;</li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Top of Form</strong></p><p><strong>Bottom of Form</strong></p><p><strong>Supervises &ndash; No</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This role has certain physical demands outlined in the Essential Functions section, which reflect what&rsquo;s needed to successfully perform the job.
