Physical labor on construction sites is required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE FINISHER:</span> Tasked with setting concrete forms, operating finishing equipment, and installing rebar or mesh. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and a strong desire to learn. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE WORKING FOREMAN:</span> A leadership role overseeing concrete construction projects. font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE CARPENTER:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Handling of wood, plastic, and other material.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install windows, doors, cabinets, flooring and other various fixtures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards and ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Familiarity with bracing, scaffolding and temporary structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Works on concrete foundations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Hang and finish drywall.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Installs acoustic ceilings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Follow blueprints and building plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Construct building frameworks- both metal and wood- including walls, floors, and door frames.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Operate a concrete rider trowels and walk-behind machines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Install reinforcing rebar or mesh wire as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Spread, level, and smooth concrete using various tools such as straight edges, vibra screeds, walk behind and ride on trowel machines and hand trowels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Perform other related duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
