This position is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles without damage while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Rewards for Class A CDL Rollback Driver:</strong></p><ul><li>Weekly salary + excellent commission plan</li><li>Total annual compensation of $75k - $100k</li><li>Full benefits</li><li>Matching 401(k)</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Monday - Friday schedule</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Class A CDL Rollback Driver:</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate 4 car rollback and/or car hauler equipment in compliance with DOT and company regulations</li><li>Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring they are free from damage</li><li>Understand and properly handle vehicles with various transmission types (automatic, manual, electric, etc.)</li><li>Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment</li><li>Maintain and complete daily logs, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately and timely</li><li>Manage and obtain proper proof of delivery and customer documentation</li><li>Ensure equipment is maintained in good operating condition and report maintenance concerns promptly</li><li>Always follow all company safety policies and road regulations</li><li>Support daily operational needs and complete other tasks as assigned by management</li></ul><p><strong>Work Hours for the Class A CDL Rollback Driver:</strong></p><ul><li>Monday - Friday&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule may vary between 7am - 9pm</li><li>Occasional Saturday as needed</li></ul>",
