font-size: 14pt\">Support assigned students by implementing their individualized plans as trained and directed by the teacher.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Effectively engages students in lessons by promoting meaningful participation and interactive discussions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Supports students with behavioral and academic assistance in small groups or individually as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Consistently monitor, collect, and analyze individualized data to support student growth in behavioral, academic, and social areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Assist with lesson preparation by creating demonstrations, copying materials, and supplying visual supports as directed by the teacher.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Supervises students during lunch, recess, bathroom breaks, hallways, field trips, and carline as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Ensure students can access the resources they need.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Check students backpacks upon arrival and dismissal to ensure assignments are submitted and required materials for learning are present.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Maintain strict confidentiality for all students enrolled in the school.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Support teachers and communicate with them regularly as scheduled.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
