    "description": "<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Municipal Inspector</strong> to support our growing <strong>Transportation-Construction Management (T-CM)</strong> team in <strong>Fort Worth, TX</strong>. This position focuses on municipal construction inspection within the City of Fort Worth, providing essential field and documentation services across a wide range of public works projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Observe and document the contractor’s on-site work for municipal projects to assess progress and compliance with city and project specifications.</li>\n <li>Perform inspections in the following areas:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Water and sanitary sewer infrastructure (Certified Water Sampler a plus)</li>\n  <li>Storm sewer systems</li>\n  <li>City streets (Hot Mix Asphalt and concrete)</li>\n  <li>ADA-compliant sidewalks and driveway construction</li>\n  <li>Traffic signals, lighting, and signage</li>\n  <li>Parks and recreation construction projects</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Monitor safety compliance including OSHA 10-hour standards and confined space operations.</li>\n <li>Conduct or oversee sampling and field testing in accordance with local construction requirements.</li>\n <li>Utilize technology and software platforms including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Headlight for iPad</li>\n  <li>e-Builder project management software</li>\n  <li>Office 365 suite</li>\n  <li>Adobe Acrobat with e-signature functionality</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation for all inspection activities.</li>\n <li>Ensure traffic control and flagging procedures are compliant and safely executed.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with City of Fort Worth personnel and integrate into their existing inspection teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li><strong>Minimum 2 years</strong> of relevant municipal construction inspection experience.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with public works inspection procedures and compliance standards.</li>\n <li>OSHA 10-hour safety training certification.</li>\n <li>Confined space entry training and flagger/traffic control training.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat (with e-signature).</li>\n <li>Ability to use an iPad for real-time field reporting and photo documentation.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, and work outdoors for prolonged periods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Water Sampler certification.</li>\n <li>Experience using Headlight and e-Builder software.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working with or for the City of Fort Worth.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ADA standards for sidewalks and pedestrian pathways.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay and <strong>career advancement opportunities</strong></li>\n <li>Comprehensive <strong>benefits package</strong>, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Paid Vacation, Personal Time Off, and Holiday Pay</li>\n  <li>401(k) with Company Match</li>\n  <li>100& Employee Owned</li>\n  <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li>\n  <li>Certification and Licensure Support</li>\n  <li>Pet Insurance</li>\n  <li>And much more!</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-KZ1</p>\n<p>If this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
