As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with talented and like-minded industry individuals, driving advanced software-based platform solutions for our clients.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Guide end-to-end client involvement, covering opportunity identification, proposal processes, architecture and design, and project delivery. Follow industry standards, delivering top-tier solutions to our valued customers.</span></li>\n<li><br>Assess, recommend, and implement DevOps technology solutions in alignment with client business requirements, ensuring a strategic fit and optimal functionality.</li>\n<li><br><span>Lead clients towards industry best practices in cloud adoption and innovative business engagements, fostering a transformative approach to technology solutions.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Collaborate with client development teams to promote transparency in processes, ensuring a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</span></li>\n<li><br>Develop innovative solutions, architectures, proof of concepts, demo/lab environments, and compelling business cases. Showcase the benefits of digital transformation programs and the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.</li>\n<li><br><span>Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide visibility into project delivery scope, timelines, and expectations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to develop content, including sales collateral, blog posts, podcasts, and live workshops. Present at company and partner events, contributing to thought leadership in the industry.</span></li>\n<li><br>Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering professional development. Actively participate in professional associations, industry events, and community engagements, contributing intellectual property (IP) development.</li>\n<li><br>Keep abreast of industry trends and technology developments by maintaining partner certifications and actively participating in technology events.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>How will you stand out?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Bilingual French &amp; English</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience designing and setting up a fleet of GKE Enterprise/Anthos Clusters</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge of container and Kubernetes hardening, emphasizing security best practices.</span></li>\n<li><br>Experienced in architecting, designing, and implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise deployments for secure secret management, access control, and encryption solutions in complex environments.</li>\n<li><br><span>Experience in troubleshooting, migrating, and developing, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>What will you bring to the role? </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Over 2 years experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining containers and related orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, GKE, and AKS.</li>\n<li><br>Over 2 years of experience with IAC, automation and configuration management solutions, utilizing tools like Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation &amp; Control.</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience in secrets management solutions like KMS, HSMs, Hashicorp Vault Enterprise</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Proficient use of SCM tools such as Git, GitHub, and GitLab for efficient version control and collaborative development.</span></li>\n<li><br>Experience with API management platforms and tools such as Apigee-X, PostMan, AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management.</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Hands-on experience in technical infrastructure (cloud and on-premise), encompassing systems design, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><br>Experience in Software Reliability Engineering/Systems Engineering/DevOps role is required</li>\n<li><br>Demonstrated and applied experience in establishing and delivering complex projects, showcasing a track record of successful implementations.</li>\n<li>Skilled at coding and scripting languages, including but not limited to Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and Typescript.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Desired Certifications:</span></p>\n<p><span>* Preference will be given to those applications who have some of the following, general cloud and DevOps certifications may also be considered. </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Public Cloud Professional Certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>CNCF Kubernetes Certifications (CKA, CKS)</span></li>\n<li><br>Secrets Management Solution Certifications (Hashicorp Vault)</li>\n<li><br>Service Mesh technologies Certifications (Istio, HashiCorp Consul)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Benefits: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Enjoy a competitive salary with performance-based incentives. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Access to outstanding health, dental, and vision insurance plans. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Benefit from a retirement savings plan with employer matching. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Flexible work schedule with remote work options. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Opportunities for professional development and training. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Collaborative and inclusive work culture with opportunities for career growth. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><em>Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
