    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">NADA is searching for a passionate automotive professional to spearhead growth and excellence within the industry as a <strong>Dealership Management Consultant</strong>. In this role, the <strong>Dealership Management Consultant</strong> will be responsible for 20 Group meeting planning and onsite management, managing at least seven <a href=\"https://www.nada.org/nada/nada-20-group\" target=\"_blank\">20 Groups</a>, and facilitating their respective meetings. In addition, the <strong>Dealership Management Consultant</strong> will conduct in-dealership consulting visits to help dealers improve their processes and profitability as requested.</p><p>This is a full-time position based out of your home office with a healthy work culture, competitive salary plus variable compensation and excellent benefits. <strong>Duties&nbsp;require significant travel, comprising up to 75% of the role</strong>.</p><p><strong><em>The key responsibilities of the Dealership Management Consultant include:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Facilitating and managing at least seven 20 Groups or equivalent assignments.</li><li>Creating and preparing advanced meeting agendas for 20 Group sessions.</li><li>Presenting and leading discussions on the group&rsquo;s composite.</li><li>Proficiently using the NADA online composite as a management tool.</li><li>Proficiently using the NADA digital analytics composite as a management tool.</li><li>Acting as the on-site meeting supervisor, ensuring alignment with contracts.</li><li>Arranging and conducting in-dealership consultations.</li><li>Developing and enhancing presentation techniques through ongoing skills improvement training.</li><li>Communicating NADA initiatives to group members.</li><li>Engaging and maintaining communications with group members in between in-person meetings.</li><li>Creating awareness of non-meeting consultant services available to dealers.</li><li>Sustaining individual group membership levels through ongoing prospecting and recruitment efforts.</li><li>Engaging and communicating across all Dealership Operations departments and respective leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales, or a related discipline) OR equivalent amount of relevant training or experience required&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of retail automotive dealership experience required in a leadership role such as General Manager, Dealer Principal, Dealer Operator, Executive Manager, Operations Manager, Owner, COO, CEO or other senior leadership positions.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of facilitating, consulting, or training experience required.</li><li>Strong business and financial management background essential.</li><li>Experienced public speaker preferred.</li><li>Extensive travel and home-based office required to execute role functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of digital retail tools preferred</li></ul><p>If you are a seasoned automotive professional with a passion for facilitating growth and excellence in the industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be considered further for this role, please note that candidates&nbsp;must&nbsp;complete the following steps:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Submit your resume&nbsp;</li><li>Submit a written chronology of your experience in the automotive industry.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>In your written chronology, please include the following information:</p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>: Describe in <strong><u>detail</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u>what you did in every position you held within the automotive industry.</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Accomplishments</strong>: Highlight any significant accomplishments or achievements you attained in each job.</li><li><strong>Reasons for Leaving</strong>: Explain why you left each job or moved on to a new opportunity.</li></ol><p>Your written chronology should be <strong>no more than 3 pages in length</strong>.
