About This Role:
Senior ATE Mechanical Engineer, for Automated Test Equipment development. Applicant should have a strong background in designing and generating drawings for all aspects of ATE development, including release to Production.
Responsibilities:
Design and Document Interconnect Diagrams, Rack Assemblies, Altered Items, Cable Assemblies, Interface Modules, Parts Lists / BOMs, and Interface Test Adaptors Design Mounting Fixtures, Thermal / Vibration Fixtures, and other Mechanical Assemblies, with attention to Detailing, Dimensioning, and Configuration Management 3D Modelling and ANSYS Structural Analysis of Fixtures Investigate parts compatibility and tolerances, produce Release quality drawings, check conformance to standards, specifications, and requirements, and submitting outputs directly into a Configuration Management system Manage Parts Ordering and Receipt Generation of Presentation Packages for, and participation in, Electrical / Mechanical Design Reviews
