          "text": "<p>Responsible for traveling to different locations of the business to ensure the locations are&#xa0;<br>\nfollowing the laws, regulations, and internal company policies by conducting on-site audits,&#xa0;<br>\nreviewing documentation, and identifying areas of non-compliance.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.</p><ul><li>Conduct On-site audits</li><li>Review documentation at various company locations</li><li>Interview employees to measure compliance</li><li>Observe operational practices to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal policies</li><li>Assist TWC with all field operation audits</li><li>Document Audit of Farm Labor Contractor Timesheets (may include scanning)</li><li>Identify Non-Compliance and report where company policies are not meeting standards</li><li>Board Postings: Posts all required labor law notices to boards in various locations</li><li>And such other work as may be required to be completed within the department</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.&#xa0; The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, shall, and/ or ability required.&#xa0; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function.</p><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or GED; with 1-3 years’ experience in compliance auditing, regulatory inspections, or related compliance functions</p><p><strong>SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS</strong>:</p><ul><li>Safety Chain: Utilize the program for audit purposes to document the findings</li><li>Attention to detail: Meticulous review documentation to accurately identify compliance issues</li><li>Communication Skills: Effectively communicate to supervisor/manager for any needed attention to compliance issues</li><li>Basic Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.</li><li>Knowledge of Relevant Regulations: Understanding of applicable law and industry standards related to company operations.</li><li>Public speaking for training</li><li>Able to conduct group training</li><li>Valid California Driver’s license</li><li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) required</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Conducting field observations and performing site visits</li></ul><p>Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills &amp; experience.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
