Description
Biola University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions in Spanish, to begin August 2026. Responsibilities : Teach undergraduate Core Curriculum Spanish courses. Qualifications : Minimum required education is a M.A., preferably in Spanish. Must be fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) A sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of university students. Faculty endorse a university-wide statement of the Christian faith and shared community values. A personal and vibrant Christian faith is required. Biola is a leading evangelical Christian university in which faculty endorse the University Doctrinal Statement, adhere to the Standard of Conduct, and are committed to integration of faith and learning. Apply by submitting a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, and a one-page document describing your Christian commitment. After review by the department chair, promising candidates will be contacted and sent a faculty application form.
