We design, engineer, and produce cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, conduit assemblies, custom connectors, wire enclosures and much more!<p>We are privately held American owned Small Business made up of five (5) vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly divisions, each with their own history, specializations and products.</p><p>We are looking for dependable, fast paced, hard-working individuals with experience as a Quality Engineer with the following qualifications and experience:&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>The Quality Engineer designs, installs and evaluates quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures and statistical techniques. &nbsp;Design or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. &nbsp;Analyzes production and service limitation and standards. &nbsp;Recommends revision of specifications. &nbsp;Formulates or helps formulate quality assurance policies and procedures. &nbsp;May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools. &nbsp;Interfaces with all other engineering functions within an organization and with customer and suppliers on quality-related issues.</strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Cultivate and promote a positive work environment.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support and/or lead internal training for equipment procured for ensuring product conformance.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Lead the ElecSys training program.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Review engineering drawings and inspection records for accuracy following QA procedures.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop tests procedures/schedules to support product Qualification and First Article conformance.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in the performing of internal audits in accordance with published schedules and procedures or specifications.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Create, complete and submit 1st articles and documentation.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for follow-up and closure of corrective actions.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform trend analysis of related quality data; identifying top issues, facilitate problem and/or process improvement activities.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Continually seek opportunities to improve our performance by establishing objectives and targets, measuring progress, and reporting our results.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Enforces DCX-CHOL Enterprises policies and safety practices.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Keep work area clean and free of FOD.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other related duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>College degree or ten (10) years of experience in a technical field.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Minimum of five (5) years of broad quality experience.
