The supervisor will report to the lab director. Ultimately, the supervisor&#39;s leadership will directly impact the success of the IVF program and the satisfaction of patients seeking reproductive assistance.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Biology, Chemistry or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in an IVF laboratory setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>TS license preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the IVF laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.</li><li>Manage and mentor laboratory staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.</li><li>uphold established &nbsp;laboratory protocols and procedures.</li><li>Hands on embryology procedures.</li><li>Monitor laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability for all procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>The required skills for this position include strong leadership and communication abilities, which are essential for managing a diverse team and ensuring effective collaboration.
