In alignment with Help Group&rsquo;s commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential, this role provides leadership in delivering comprehensive, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented mental health services.</p><p>The Program Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of all program operations, ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive care that supports independence, community integration, and overall wellness for individuals with mental health and social-emotional challenges.</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Full-Time&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Locations:</strong> Palmdale</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.&nbsp;</li><li>Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) required.</li><li>Ability to provide clinical supervision (2 years post-licensure) to unlicensed clinicians&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of direct service experience with TAY and/or adult populations in a mental health or social services setting.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or program management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented systems of care, trauma-informed practices, and community-based services.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with electronic health records and documentation compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid California driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Program Leadership &amp; Administration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Oversee all aspects of the Intensive Day Treatment Program in accordance with contract requirements and Help Group policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure program compliance with county, state, and agency regulations, including documentation, billing, and reporting standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, and workflows to support effective service delivery and outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain program readiness for audits and reviews.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Clinical &amp; Service Oversight</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians</li><li>Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented services for TAY and adult clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee client care including assessment, service planning, case coordination, and discharge planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Support interventions focused on independent living skills, emotional regulation, vocational readiness, and community integration.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure appropriate utilization of evidence-informed practices tailored to TAY and adult populations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Staff Supervision &amp; Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supervise multidisciplinary staff, including clinicians, case managers, and support staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate regular team meetings and case conferences to ensure quality care and collaboration.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Community Engagement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Coordinate services with internal programs and external partners, including mental health providers, educational institutions, vocational programs, housing resources, and healthcare providers.&nbsp;</li><li>Foster strong partnerships to support continuity of care and client success.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent The Help Group in community meetings and stakeholder collaborations as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Assurance &amp;
