Tasks include:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The ongoing care of existing grounds, buildings, and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Making repairs to all systems related to facilities such as electrical, plumbing, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Making improvements to existing facilities including renovations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Other duties as needs arise in other departments</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Housekeeping Associate</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The Housekeeping Associate serves as part of the Facilities Team and is responsible to provide exceptional cleaning services. Although training will be provided by the camp, some knowledge of basic cleaning practices with an attention to detail are critical for those serving in this position. This position is many times filled by those serving as Food Service Associates as a supplemental assignment to help provide the employee with additional hours of work in any given week.</span></p>\n<ol></ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Statement of Faith</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The Statement of Faith outlines the beliefs of <span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">TM Camping</span>. All beliefs are listed and founded in God's Word, the Bible. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">PREAMBLE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">TM Camping</span>, in accordance with the historic Baptist tradition, hold to Believers Baptism by Immersion, Liberty of Conscience, the Separation of Church and state, and the Priesthood of the Believer. We also affirm the following distinctive which need emphasis at the present time:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">1.  THE AUTHORITY OF SCRIPTURE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The Bible is the inspired, authoritative and infallible Word of God and is our sole rule of faith and practice. It is the standard by which all human conduct and creeds should be tried.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">2.  THE TRINITY</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">There is only one true and living God who is manifested in three eternal and coequal person; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  God possesses holiness, omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence, love, mercy, and all other perfections.  All humankind owed to Him supreme faith and obedience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">3.  HUMANKIND</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Humankind has been created in the image of God but through Adam’s fall is now sinful, lost and condemned. By deliberate choice all participate in sin which is open rebellion to God’s law. Notwithstanding the fall, all human life through creation has value and dignity.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">4.  JUSTIFICATION BY FAITH</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Human beings can be forgiven of sin and justified solely through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ who died for sinners and rose again from the dead.  Only by repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ the Lord can acceptance with God be attained.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">5.  REGENERATION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Regeneration is the work of the Holy Spirit by which the believer receives a new nature from God. Christian growth or sanctification is the continuation of the new life principle which begins in the new birth.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">6.  THE CHURCH</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The church in its widest sense includes all believers of all ages. The church is manifested visibly in the local body of baptized believers who covenant together to worship, observe the ordinances, and evangelize.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">7.  HUMAN DESTINY</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Jesus Christ will eventually return visibly at which time He will raise the dead and judge all people. Believers will enjoy an eternal state of blessedness in heaven while unbelievers will experience eternal separation from God in hell.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">8.  EVANGELISM AND SOCIAL CONCERN</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The church has been called to preach the gospel so that individual people can receive salvation. Also the church is to become involved in the improvement of society by advocating biblical principles which militate against poverty, racism, violence, and all forms of injustice against humankind.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">9.  HUMAN SEXUALITY</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">God’s design is that man and woman either be joined together in a perpetual monogamous relationship or live in a single state.
