    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>EXPLEO GROUP USA</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Stress Engineer (Metallic/Composite, Fuselage, Structure) </strong>to join our team for an exciting new opportunity in <strong>Wichita, KS</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Stress Engineer will apply knowledge of engineering principles, theories, concepts, industry practices, and standards to deliver high-quality design engineering solutions while assuring procedural compliance within assigned engineering project teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong><u>Responsibilities</u>:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, organize and prioritize work contents based on project deliverables.</li>\n <li>Perform detailed stress analysis of aircraft metallic and composite Fuselage components, by classical hand analysis as well as Finite Element methods, to support the structural design change efforts.</li>\n <li>Review and analyze design changes.</li>\n <li>Check to fatigue/static/DT loads.</li>\n <li>Generate stress substantiation reports.</li>\n <li>Develop or review structural qualification plans in accordance with OEM standards and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Review and approve vendor drawings, stress reports, and test reports when requested.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with design engineers, team lead, suppliers, and technical management personnel to assure that the design meets or exceeds the project deliverables and complies with the regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Participate in regularly scheduled design reviews and is responsible for presenting stress findings and challenging design solutions.</li>\n <li>Compile and generate progress reports to convey deliverable objectives.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing work assignments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree required, BS in Aerospace Engineering (Mechanical, Design, Structural etc.)</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Aerospace Stress Engineering</li>\n <li>Prior experience using analysis methods/tools</li>\n <li>Experience with both Composite and Metallic structures</li>\n <li>Must have past Boeing experience</li>\n <li>Experience in static (FE and free body), fatigue and transient analysis, Nastran, Patran, Abaqus.</li>\n <li>Able to perform detailed stress analysis using classical hand calculations/analysis as well as Finite Element methods</li>\n <li>Position requires in-depth knowledge of Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials.</li>\n <li>Able to utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project PC tools</li>\n <li>Position requires in-depth knowledge of Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>At Expleo Group USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
