      "value": "<ul><li>A strong technical foundation, ideally with hands-on experience as a software developer.</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration.</li><li>Familiarity with internet-based voice communication systems and telephony protocols is a plus (e.g. cloud-based telephony, digital voice technologies).</li><li>Experience working in agile environments - you bring a collaborative, solution-focused mindset and may have even worked as a Product Owner before.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills - you’re comfortable navigating technical and non-technical discussions across teams.</li><li>A self-organized, proactive approach and a genuine interest in solving a variety of challenges.</li><li>Experience using project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar platforms).</li><li>Fluency in English (German is a plus but not mandatory).</li></ul>"
