This includes field testing of equipment, team leadership, customer relationship management, and advanced troubleshooting, with the potential for international travel.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Major Areas of Accountability:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Field Service Delivery</strong>: Independently handle repairs, maintenance, and testing of AC motors and generators. &nbsp;Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair support.</li><li><strong>Field Testing</strong>: Perform advanced field testing, such as insulation resistance testing, surge testing, partial discharge testing, vibration analysis, and dynamic balancing to diagnose motor and generator issues.</li><li><strong>Customer Engagement</strong>: Lead customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. Provide clear, technical communication regarding findings and recommendations.</li><li><strong>Leadership</strong>: Oversee and guide junior engineers/technicians in the field. Lead small project teams and assist in the planning and execution of complex jobs.</li><li><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting</strong>: Prepare detailed field reports, technical documentation, and service records. &nbsp;Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all field activities.</li><li><strong>Sales &amp; Service Proposals</strong>: Present and propose service solutions, offer additional products and services, and assist in sales closure.</li><li><strong>Training</strong>: Mentor and train new team members, customers, and service partners.</li><li><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety</strong>: Follow all safety procedures, complete required certifications, and maintain safety documentation.</li><li><strong>Travel</strong>: Be prepared for 100% travel, with the possibility of 50% international travel.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong>: BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, and 3–5 years in the field service of AC rotating equipment.</li><li><strong>Skills</strong>: Proficient in the use of electrical test equipment, diagnostic tools, and service procedures.
