    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>Beitzel Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Solar Foreman to lead field teams in the installation of utility-scale, ground-mount solar systems (1–25 MWDC) and to support a wide range of industrial, mechanical, and construction projects. This is a working foreman role—you won’t just supervise the job, you’ll be in the field getting it done, side-by-side with your crew.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role calls for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support and oversee projects from the ground up. In addition to solar, you’ll work on diverse industrial and mechanical construction jobs, so adaptability and a solid base in construction fundamentals are key.
