The hours of this shift will be from 3:30pm-12:00am, weekends and holidays as assigned.  The hourly pay range for this position is between $19.00-$21.00, depending on experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. We are proud of our 80-year history, but it’s our future that has us so excited!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Liaison between our field technicians and customers nationwide. </li>\n <li>Distribute jobs to field technicians.</li>\n <li>Manage the workload of field technicians throughout the Eastern portion of the country.  </li>\n <li>Interact with customers to keep them informed of the status of their assigned field technician’s arrival.</li>\n <li> Relay necessary job information to the field technician.</li>\n <li>Resolve any customer service issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment</li>\n <li>Able to multi task</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)</li>\n <li>AS400 knowledge preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
