    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Lab is looking for an MT or MLT to join their growing team! </span> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Monday - Thursday 7:30 PM- 6:00 AM</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE! </span></p>\n<p><br> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Summary</span>:</span> <br><br>The Medical Laboratory Technician performs all necessary testing of blood or body fluids to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment processes. The Medical Laboratory Technician ensures quality and accuracy of all processes involved in obtaining diagnostic results. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education and Training Required:</span></span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate from an accredited two (2) year technical school program “or” armed services associate degree from an accredited vocational/technical school “or” junior college (including internship).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have passed ASCP, AMT, NCA, ISCLT or AAB certification exam or be eligible or “HEW” certified as an MLT.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>BLS certified.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br>Experience</span>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working with the public helpful; lab experience including phlebotomy helpful, but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frequently stand and walk.</li>\n<li>Frequently lift/Cary up to 25 pounds while carrying a drawing tray or handling lab supplies.</li>\n<li>Occasionally push and pull with up to 25 pounds of force for transporting patients in wheelchairs and moving equipment.</li>\n<li>Frequently uses sense of touch to determine adequacy of site for venipuncture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join RAMC?</span></p>\n<p>Reedsburg Area Medical Center is nationally ranked as one of the <span style=\"font-style: italic\">Best Places to Work in Healthcare</span>.
