    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p>This is a part time position at our Grand Forks, ND location.&nbsp;</p><p class=\"msobodytext\">The Phlebotomist&#39;s primary purpose is to effectively\ncollect samples throughout clinical research trials.<span>&nbsp; The&nbsp;</span>Phlebotomist will demonstrate precision in\nblood sampling collection and have the ability to multi-task during study\nconduct.<span>&nbsp; The&nbsp;</span>Phlebotomist will assist in\nthe conduct of clinical trials to ensure protocol activities are completed and\ndeviations from the protocol are minimized.</p><p class=\"msobodytext\"><br></p><p class=\"msosubtitle\"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong> &nbsp;<span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Ability to communicate clearly and precisely\nwith AXIS Clinicals staff and subjects regarding study tasks and complete\nresponsibilities in a timely manner.</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Assist in carrying out activities listed in the\nstudy protocol and accurately document study data or use electronic capture\nsystem.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Comfortable working with the general public.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Assist in distribution of meals and fluids to\nstudy subjects.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Carry out check in activities such as\nbreathalyzer tests, bag check, and other study protocols.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Monitoring subject safety in clinical trials and\nassist in escorting subjects after dosing.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Demonstrate proficiency in:&nbsp;</span><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18px;\">Blood and urine collection, blood and urine\nprocessing, vital sign collection, electrocardiogram (ECG) collection, and\naccurately documenting study data.&nbsp;</span>Assist in study conduct to ensure all activities\nare completed and deviations from the protocol are minimized. Assist with participant screenings prior to\nclinical studies as needed. Demonstrates good customer service skills to\npromote the retention of study participants.</p><p class=\"msonormal\"><b><span><span><u>Skills and\nqualifications:</u>&nbsp;</span></span></b>Must be self-motivated and able to respond to\nurgent needs of the clinical team. Excellent customer service and communication\nskills. Have a flexible work schedule and able to work\naccording to the needs of study participants. Exhibits good computer skills and able to learn\nnew technology as needed.
