This role goes beyond traditional QA—requiring strong engineering skills to build robust test frameworks, automate complex workflows, and embed quality across the development lifecycle.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and architects to design and implement testing strategies for a distributed, data-intensive platform.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Test Engineering &amp; Automation</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">test automation frameworks</span> for backend services, APIs, and data pipelines</li>\n<li>Build automated test suites for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">functional, integration, regression, and performance testing</span></li>\n<li>Implement <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data validation and pipeline testing</span> for ETL/ELT workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Strategy</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quality standards, test strategies, and best practices</span> across the engineering team</li>\n<li>Ensure test coverage across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">microservices, APIs, and distributed systems</span></li>\n<li>Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">continuous testing and fast feedback loops</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Platform &amp; Ownership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with developers to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">shift-left testing</span> and improve code quality</li>\n<li>Participate in design reviews to identify testability and quality risks early</li>\n<li>Contribute to improving observability, monitoring, and debugging practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp;
