Instructional Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deliver Kindergarten programming aligned with the Alberta Education Curriculum and Program of Studies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate learning through a combination of structured instruction and play-based, experiential approaches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and developmental needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead small-group instruction (typically 8–16 students), enabling deeper engagement and differentiation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">2.
