This role has extensive experience in construction methods, engineering concepts, and project management. This role is responsible for oversight of project schedule and budget as well as quality assurance of contractor’s work. <strong>               </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Construction Management and Leadership:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage various construction projects.</li>\n <li>Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget while fully meeting the scope.</li>\n <li>Operate within specified corporate or project budget parameters.</li>\n <li>Prepare and analyze schedules and cost estimates.</li>\n <li>Read plans and specifications, understanding the construction contractor's means and methods.</li>\n <li>Assist in negotiating contractor change orders.</li>\n <li>Supervise subordinate construction inspectors and provide assistance to project management as required.</li>\n <li>Evaluate staff performance and provide input to project management staff.</li>\n <li>Identify training requirements and arrange for staff training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Management and Reporting:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all tasks on time and within budget while fully meeting project scope. </li>\n <li>Manage project schedules and track burn rate to deliver projects on time and within budget. </li>\n <li>Operate within specified (corporate or project) budget parameters.</li>\n <li>Assist with receivables management. </li>\n <li>Achieve or exceed budgets individual utilization targets. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Execution and Technical Oversight:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct inspection efforts on various projects. </li>\n <li>Test, document and assure the quality of the contractor’s work. </li>\n <li>Maintain document control for correspondence, RFIs, submittals, etc. </li>\n <li>Strong computer experience, including office software and drafting software.</li>\n <li>Experience in the operation of field and office engineering instruments.</li>\n <li>Ability to plan, organize, and schedule daily operations and make independent decisions.</li>\n <li>Solve construction problems in the field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Training, Development, and Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review jobsite safety daily and take immediate action to document and resolve issues.</li>\n <li>Understand OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies and follow them at all times.</li>\n <li>Understand all applicable industry standards for projects and perform all tasks per standards and client requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure projects fulfill ISO compliance requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Availability for day and/or night work to support the contractor's schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>* Essential Duties and Responsibilities are the basic job functions that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. </em> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED or minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree. </li>\n <li>Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate basic math skills, including geometry and trigonometry. </li>\n <li>Possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently. </li>\n <li>Work effectively as a team member and complete daily reports by hand and computer. </li>\n <li>Ability to establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
