Attend to guest relations as necessary. 2pm-10pm shift.&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u>W</u><u>ork Performed</u>:</p><ol><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Complete assignment sheet for turndown staff</li><li>Conduct evening line up meeting with staff prior to start of work in absence of a manager</li><li>Ensure public areas at Enchantment and Mii amo are covered</li><li>Inspect lobby areas and pool areas to ensure assignments are being completed</li><li>Ensure employee restrooms are cleaned and maintained</li><li>Handle guest calls and requests in a professional manner and promptly</li><li>Maintain constant communication with Guest Services and Engineering as necessary to service guests</li><li>Ensure laundry staff is following proper procedures</li><li>Clean and store equipment properly</li><li>Follow training guidelines for new staff members and ensure all properly trained</li><li>Complete inspection forms daily and follow up with staff as necessary</li><li>Ensure lost and found procedures are followed to submit items to Security</li><li>Ensure uniform standards are followed</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ol></ol><p><u>S</u><u>upervision Exercised</u>: Turndown Staff</p><p><u>Supervision Received</u>: Housekeeping Managers</p><p><u>Responsibility &amp; Authority</u>:</p><ol><li id=\"isPasted\">Ensure all assigned areas are maintained and serviced to high level standards</li><li>Follow safety-first policy in work areas, equipment and chemicals</li><li>Discipline staff members when necessary</li></ol><p><u>Minimum Requirements</u>:</p><p>High school graduate or equivalent. Prior housekeeping supervisory experience required. Must be detail oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to direct staff in a positive manner. English skills necessary to communicate with guests. Computer skills helpful. &nbsp;</p><p><u>Physical Requirements</u>:</p><p id=\"isPasted\">10% Sitting<br>90% walking, standing and bending<br>Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs.<br>Hearing and Manual dexterity<br>Distance vision 1-3 feet<br>Use of cleaning solutions<br>Ability to work in all types of weather conditions<br>Ability to drive golf cart</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
