    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Analytical Chemist – Afternoon Shift&nbsp;</p><p>At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in science, art and innovation of color and flavor. And we will be better with you. &nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for an Analytical Chemist to join our team and be responsible for the analysis of samples and the daily operation of the QC analytical laboratory. &nbsp;In this role, you will organize and conduct testing of product content in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines. You will also maintain documentation and laboratory records.</p><p>What you’ll do:</p><ul><li>Perform accurate chemical analyses in accordance with standard methods, utilizing equipment such as gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers, density meters, turbidity meters, and other equipment in the Laboratory.</li><li>Analyze samples using modern analytical instrumentation such as GC/MS, LC/MS, HPLC, FT-IR</li><li>Maintain all analytical equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration to ensure minimal operational downtime, and report all malfunctions to the Quality Control Manager</li><li>Perform peer review and QC review of data</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe laboratory work environment that is compliant to GLPs and GMPs</li><li>Enter and maintain all result data in our ERP database / excel spreadsheets and report deviations to management team.
