Description Outbound Call Center Representative Safford Automotive Groups Service BDC is looking to add a new division in 2024! This new area will be outbound centered and focused, prioritizing calls, texts and email communications. As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be the main liaison between our company's current and potential customers for 18 Safford and Safford Brown locations. We will incorporate several more in over the coming months. In this position, you will be directly interacting with our customers in regards to the following areas and more: 1st Service Appointment Next Service Appointment No Next Appointment Scheduled Declined Services Manufacturer Safety Recalls Service Visit Follow Up CSI Reminder Vehicle Alerts Pre Paid Maintenance Expiring Maintenance Packages Loyalty Risk ( 12 months no service) Special Order Parts ( as needed ) Confirmations ( as needed No previous experience is required for this position however we ask that you bring a foundation of: Having a positive personality Ability to be a team player Pay high attention to detail Reliable Dedication to learning and applying new knowledge Follow directions Be able to adhere to a process Qualifications Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Communicate with customers via call, text, and email Ability to follow phone script as well as a set process Answer any incoming communications promptly Effectively use the service scheduling systems when appointing customers Proactively communicate daily to offer the highest-level customer service and communication Interact with multiple locations and departments with courtesy Update or enter new customer information into our scheduling systems Be friendly, professional and efficient Maintain an average of 30 or more tracked actions an hour ( calls, texts, emails combined ) Hours of operation are currently set to Monday -Friday 8am-5pm. Saturdays as needed or arranged. All positions are Full Time. 40 hours. Ability to pass a drug test and background check are required as is reliable transportation.
