This position offers hands-on experience with diverse equipment and systems while learning from skilled technicians and supervisors.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Equipment Support & Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with installations, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.</li>\n <li>Repair, service, adjust, and test equipment including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Air systems and pneumatic equipment.</li>\n   <li>Electrical wiring and assemblies.</li>\n   <li>Production and material handling equipment.</li>\n   <li>Hardware and mechanical components.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assemble and disassemble equipment while maintaining high maintenance and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Assemble wires, electrical components, and install electrical assemblies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with projects related to new equipment installations and test systems.</li>\n <li>Support implementation of equipment and instrumentation for assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Help with mechanical and process observations and fact-finding activities.</li>\n <li>Communicate results and assist with recommendations for improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Learning</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other employees to improve task execution.</li>\n <li>Follow established procedures and safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.</li>\n <li>May operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>\n <li>Must have regular and punctual attendance.</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read basic drawings, schematic diagrams, and electrical code.</li>\n <li>Foundational electrical and electronic knowledge.</li>\n <li>Basic mechanical experience with machine parts and equipment.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of computers and software preferred.</li>\n <li>Safe operation of hand and power tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Demonstrated Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analytical skills to assist with troubleshooting equipment.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication.</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and safety.</li>\n <li>Team-oriented approach.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This role requires physical activity including walking, standing, twisting, reaching, bending, climbing, and lifting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong>  1+ year of related electrical and mechanical work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred). Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude will be considered.<strong>Education: </strong> 2 year vocational/technical school in electrical or mechanical field (preferred). Relevant technical certifications or military training welcomed.</p>",
