Success is measured through a variety of methods including process improvement, effective use of technology products, metrics/data-driven decision making, speed to delivery/resolution, and overall customer service provided to the end user. Hardware Analysts will support/use various technology platforms including POD Devices, laptops, Warehouse Equipment, mobile devices, etc.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform basic hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for NDCP IT OPs and furnished equipment.</li>\n <li>Support staging, shipping, and installation logistics for warranty and non-warranty repair processes</li>\n <li>Inspect and test repaired equipment to verify functionality before returning to service</li>\n <li>Document hardware issues, repairs, and resolutions in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking of assets</li>\n <li>Provide basic packing and crating support for IT equipment shipped for vendor repairs</li>\n <li>Coordinate with IT Analyst and Operation teams to ensure secure shipping and handling of IT assets</li>\n <li>Assist in hardware support for workstations, printers, and peripherals across various DC locations</li>\n <li>Follow NDCP security protocols and report any hardware discrepancies, damages, or missing equipment</li>\n <li>Maintain proper inventory records for repaired and replaced hardware component</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting mobile devices and tablets</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Apps team to resolve performance issues on NDCP devices</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as required and or requested</li>\n <li>Respond to requests for assistance in person, over the phone, via email, and through an internal trouble ticket system</li>\n <li>The employee must occasionally lift, pull, and move up to 40 pounds</li>\n <li>Participate in developing procedures and suggest improvements to existing procedures</li>\n <li>Determine escalation points for specific issues</li>\n <li>Able to travel at least 2 or more times per year</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications you bring:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>0-3 years’ experience in a technical support position or logistics</li>\n <li>BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office suite expertise</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Critical Competencies for Success:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-motivated and task-oriented</li>\n <li>A strong ethic of accountability to drive results</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Desire to exceed expectations</li>\n <li>Highly analytical and strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Desire to take software and service to the next level</li>\n <li>Time management: must be able to work on multiple projects at any one time and balance workload</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain a professional, friendly communication style with customers and company staff</li>\n <li>Maintain an organized work environment</li>\n <li>A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>NDCP is an equal opportunity employer.
