  "BriefDescription": "The Stand Alone Snubbing Operator 1 safely coordinates and oversees snubbing units at the well sites.  The Operator 1 is expected to assist the Snubbing Supervisor in leading the work of crews at the well site and shop areas while demonstrating a personal commitment to safety. The Operator 1 is responsible for directing crew members while rigging up and rigging down of the snubbing unit, maintenance of snubbing unit, clean up and repair of support equipment, and preparation of equipment for the next job, based on the equipment needed and customer specifications, while routinely checking equipment for wear and tear that could be a hazard. Operators will provide mentorship to snubbing assistants and other members of the snubbing crew.",
