Your role will include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Providing <strong>crisis intervention services</strong> and support for patients and families.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Helping patients access <strong>community resources</strong> and develop safety and recovery plans.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Collaborating with <strong>law enforcement, EMS, hospitals, and Prairie View staff</strong> to ensure safety and effective care coordination.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Engaging patients in <strong>strength-based, recovery-focused activities</strong>.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Documenting interventions, attending meetings, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Supporting individuals of <strong>all ages</strong>, from children to adults, across a variety of community settings.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n",
