This Company creates components for a wide range of industries including Semiconductor, RF Microwave and Medical.<br><br>The Company is looking to hire an experienced CNC Vertical Mill Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating 1 or more CNC vertical milling centers machining liquid resin castings into finished product.<br><br><u><strong>CNC Mill Operator Primary responsibilities</strong></u>:<ul><li>Setup of machines.</li><li>Operate machine to fabricate parts.</li><li>Makes offset to the program and tool change as needed.</li><li>&#160;Monitors for functional variations in machine or console unit and takes corrective action as prescribed.</li><li>Checks parts for conformance to specification using various kinds of precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Production of quality parts</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.</li></ul><br><u><strong>CNC Mill Operator Qualification</strong></u>:<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Mill Operator running HAAS and/or Bridgeport 3 axis mill.</li><li>Must be able to read blueprints.</li><li>Possess basic shop math skills and have the ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools and precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Familiar with Funuc controller desired</li><li>Flexible, ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment.</li></ul>Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:00pm, 8 hours shift<br>Salary Range: Up to $25 per hour based on experience",
