The Manager oversees day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and performance measurement. This role strives to build teams focused on protecting people, places, and assets through industry best practices while also pursuing innovative strategies to achieve the team's mission. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Assess the current state of security operations and determine necessary initiatives and future state impact.</li>\n <li>Manage policy feedback loops and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements before operational handover.</li>\n <li>Proactively identify and address gaps in protection, emergency response, and physical security.</li>\n <li>Establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement and emergency services at all levels.</li>\n <li>Develop crisis and incident management standards ensuring readiness and effective response.</li>\n <li>Assess and develop security, incident management, and crisis management plans aligned with client protocols.</li>\n <li>Execute strategies with actionable roadmaps, focusing on protecting life, property, operations, and company reputation.</li>\n <li>Achieve team goals, optimize performance, and align departmental objectives.</li>\n <li>Oversee work completion, resolve issues, evaluate performance, and approve time off.</li>\n <li>Maintain high-performance standards through inspection and coaching.</li>\n <li>Make data-driven decisions, implement best practices, and demonstrate results.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>High School Diploma or GED. School Resources Officer, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Prior experience working with students and/or in a school setting preferred.
