This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Custodian / Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a combination of custodial and general maintenance duties, including preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and the upkeep of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. This position also helps ensure that both interior and exterior areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">In this role, you will respond to maintenance requests, assist with facility operations, manage tools and supplies, and provide day-to-day support to help maintain an efficient and professional environment for employees, tenants, and visitors.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance to ensure the building and systems operate efficiently and remain in good physical condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct routine preventive maintenance to prevent the deterioration of building systems and ensure proper functioning of essential equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, drains, and appliances. Replace old or faulty parts, including burned-out light bulbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with custodial and landscape tasks to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be on call for emergency duties when assigned and respond to urgent issues in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in maintaining an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability for routine and emergency repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to the direct supervisor promptly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with basic and minor maintenance tasks for tenants, ensuring prompt resolution of issues at 1300 NE Henley Ct.
