    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Woodshop Crew Leader</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Woodshop Crew Leader duties and responsibilities include leading the Woodshop Crew, coordinating daily projects, and supporting the residents&rsquo; recovery journey. &nbsp;The primary task is to assist the residents in their recovery process through purposeful work and meaningful involvement in the Farm Community.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Mill Spring, NC</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday &ndash; Friday 8 am to 5 pm</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>PTO/Sick Time accrual from first day</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance</li><li>Company-funded life insurance</li><li>Retirement Plan with company match</li><li>Free meals on shift</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay:&nbsp;</strong>Starting at $18.00 per hour and increases based on experience</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Leads the woodshop program on campus</li><li>Organizes daily tasks for the crew, and assists residents by demonstrating or educating them on how to properly and safety perform the tasks or use tools</li><li>Understands and supports residents&rsquo; recovery goals</li><li>Collaborates with members of the residents&rsquo; recovery team with assistance and if more support is needed</li><li>Documents relevant information for the resident&rsquo;s electronic health record and/or communicates to the resident&rsquo;s team</li><li>Supervisors and trains on the safe use of woodshop equipment</li><li>Monitors and maintains equipment and supplies for the woodshop and woodshop crew</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work space</li><li>Coordinates with other campus crews on large projects&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Education in a related field or equivalent life/work experience in woodworking required</li><li>Significant knowledge of supplies, tools, and equipment related to woodworking</li><li>Experience working with adults coping with mental health challenges&nbsp;</li><li>At least 21 years old, current valid NC Driver&rsquo;s License with an acceptable driving record to be on company insurance</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>*CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer. &nbsp;We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>*CooperRiis is a therapeutic healing community located in Mill Spring, North Carolina.
