    "description": "<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>We are a full-service mechanical contractor providing customers in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors with innovative, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning services, automation and controls, industrial piping, new construction design and installation, and maintenance and replacement services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apprenticeship for the HVAC Residential Install department.</p>\n<p>#newcomb</p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<p>#LI-EL1</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Apprenticeship for the HVAC Residential Install department. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Packaged units’ ground and rooftop</li>\n <li>Split system equipment</li>\n <li>Central station air handlers</li>\n <li>Exhaust fans, roof mounted, wall mounted and suspended</li>\n <li>Various types of air distribution systems</li>\n <li>Flexible, spiral and single wall pipe duct systems</li>\n <li>Fire and smoke or combination dampers</li>\n <li>Kitchen hoods and associated ductwork</li>\n <li>Ceiling and wall grilles and diffusers</li>\n <li>Perform job related tasks as requested by the Installation Mechanic</li>\n <li>Maintain a quality of workmanship and installation standards as set by the company</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to work in outdoor weather and temperature extremes designated by company policy</li>\n <li>Responsible to work in a safe manner and to abide by the company’s safety policies to ensure the safety and protection to self, personnel, and all customer and company property</li>\n <li>The ability to anticipate the upcoming steps of the installation so the installation becomes an efficient process</li>\n <li>Maintain work area and keep clean and free of debris</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<li>All candidates for this position should be reasonably physically fit and capable of picking up a 60 lb. tool, piece of equipment or piece of material and moving it about either on a jobsite, at a vendor, our warehouse, etc.</li>\n<li>All Residential Installation Apprentices typically load and unload materials for projects and move these materials into place at the project. This may involve movement carrying a load in tight and difficult situations and on uneven terrain.</li>\n<li>All candidates will be required to climb and work off ladders and aerial lifts as required to accomplish their work within buildings and on roofs. Most of all work takes place in position, not on the ground.</li>\n<li>All candidates will be required to assist in the setting of equipment with the aid of a crane, boom truck, outdoor forklift and other types of construction vehicles. They should be certified in the operation of an outdoor forklift.
